Welcome To Mumbles Nursing Home

We are on the seafront in Mumbles, a small seaside village near Swansea city. Here in Mumbles we have views overlooking the bay. Mumbles Nursing Home used to be known as Ty Glyn, the home of the renowned Amy Dillwyn. She was a novelist, businesswoman, social benefactor and was one of the first female industrialists in Britain. In 1990 Mumbles opened as a nursing home.

Registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) under the RISC Act 2018, we have 28 Nursing and Residential Care places for male and female. We have nursing beds for those over the age of 45 years requiring general nursing/palliative care and can also provide a home for those requiring EMI Nursing Care.

The home provides the perfect home from home for those who, for some reason or another, find themselves unable to cope on their own or who may require constant care. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Our Mission Statement
“Positive Attitude, Positive Care. See it, feel it.”
